This is the class that every Windows administrator needs to take. Before progressing on to advanced material, you need to gain a strong footing in GP essentials and best practices. There is SOME Vista material in this class, but MOST of the Vista-specific material is in our One-Day XP to Vista Catchup class. The two day is a public or private class. The three day is only available as a private class.
