Why do we need
Group Policy Training?

Most companies spend a fortune in plainning and migrating to Active Directory. Then once they have Active Directory in place, the next logical question is "What do we do with it?"

Group Policy is what you do with Active Directory - you control and manage your clients and servers with the nearly limitless power it offers.

We have several classes to choose from including public, private, and sponsored classes.

What is meant by "public, private and sponsored" classes?

This class is taught by Group Policy MVP and expert instructor Jeremy Moskowitz and other GPanswers.com expert instructors.

Our Suggestion -- Two Day Public Workshop

The best option for your needs would be our two-day public workshop.

This is a public class – held at various locations in the US
This course is best for Domain Administrators and qualified OU administrators
The public course is cost-effective when your company needs to train less than 6 administrators
This course has “intensive” in the name, so be prepared to work and learn!
This class is hands on and requires students to bring a laptop

Our Suggestion -- Three-Day "Less Intensive" Private Workshop

The best option for your needs would be our three-day private workshop.

This "Three-day less-intensive" course is ONLY available as a private course, held onsite at your facility (or offside facility.)
This course starts with a half day warm-up of Active Directory, managing users, and delegating permissions.
Then, we move on to the Group Policy goodies. This way, those with less Group Policy and day-to-day administration experience can get a bit of the fundamentals before diving into the Group Policy waters.
This class caters more to OU administrators (than Domain Administrators).
Consider adding the One-Day Advanced course as a fourth day. Click here for the One-Day Advanced course you can add-on.
This class is hands-on and requires students to bring a laptop

This "Two-day less-intensive" will be cost effective if you have six or more administrators. This can be private course, held onsite at your facility (or offside facility.)
This class caters a bit more toward Domain Administrators

- How to create a “totally locked down” workstation
- How to use Group Policy tools to increase your troubleshooting ability
- How to zap registry punches down to your client machines with ADM templates and tools
- How to leverage a test lab for good Group Policy deployment practices
This class is suggested (though not required) that students attend either the two-day intensive or three-day less-intensive Group Policy workshop classes.
This class is only available (today) as a private course.
You can “add-on” this class after your two-day or three-day –or–
Simply have the class as a single day of training.
This class is hands on and requires computers for students.

The one-day Advanced class would be a great class for your team, but might not be cost effective with less than 6 attendees. However, call us to see if it's a good fit for you.
