1What do I need to bring?

You need a PC-based laptop (XP or greater). You need 2GB or more of RAM (4GB recommended.) You don't need to "pre-create" anything before coming to class; it's provided to you when you arrive.

2When is a class declared "on?"

A class is declared on when you get the Welcome letter. A class needs 6 or 7 people paid up for a class to be declared on.

3Should I make my travel arrangements right away after paying?

NO! Be sure you get the WELCOME LETTER which Officially Declares the class On. Only then is it appropriate to make travel arrangements.

4Who teaches the class?

Public classes are always taught by Jeremy Moskowitz. Private training is taught by either Jeremy or James.

5What will I learn?

See the "About the Classes" tab. Click the Lightbulbs to get a feel for the classes in the week. On that same page, you can also download a PDF of all the classes.

6I have another question, want to use a PO, have a special payment request. What should I do?

7What is your policy about holding seats?

We only have limited numbers of seats per class. A student is considered PAID if a credit card has been charged, or we have received a check, or we have an official PO. Only paid students are guaranteed seats.

8What is your refund policy?

4 weeks before a class starts = 100% refund.

3 weeks before a class starts = 75% refund

2 weeks before a class starts = 50% refund

Less than 2 weeks before a class starts = 0% refund
