James Conrad

James Conrad started computing back in 1981 where he got his first taste of the computer world on a Radio Shack TRS-80. Since 1995, James has been performing technical training and consulting and is considered an expert in matters of Group Policy, Active Directory, Windows Server 2003, Longhorn, server hardware, and more.

James has consulted and trained IT departments at several large Fortune 500 companies and government organizations including Raytheon, Boeing, Intel, Hewlett-Packard, Compaq, Sprint, Los Alamos Nuclear Laboratories, and several agencies of the federal government. Microsoft has contracted James several times in their Certification Skills and Assessment Program and he is an official contributor to the MCP program. James contributed to the development of the objectives that define the MCSE program and development of the Windows Server 2003 certification track, and has been invited to contribute to the Windows Vista program as well.
