Policy to disable 'allow the computer to turn off this device to save power'

We are implementing laptops and have discovered they love to turn the wireless NIC off to save power.
In the properties options of the nic under the 'power management' tab is the option to : 'allow the computer to turn off this device to save power'.
This option is checked by default.
I'm banging my head against the wall trying to find out where in GP I can remove or disable this feature.
Any help would be appreciated!

I see you've had a lot of people check out your question over the past few months. Has anyone offered a solution outside this forum? I have the exact same request from our Service Desk group.
