IE LAN Settings - Proxy Server

I am trying to set up a GP for the Proxy Server for all domain users on Internet Explorer, but I am unable to find a setting for it. Anyone know how I can set this?

To set up a proxy to all users?
You can find it in User Configuration / Windows Settings / Internet Explorer Maintenance / Connection Proxy Settings.
