Where do the policy sit in your OU structure? Where are your users and where's the TS server sit in that structure?
We have a Remote desktop Server farm in a testing situation. The far itself seems to be working fine. I have put in place a GPO to redirect the desktop to a share \\server\sharename and its all working fine. When I set the documents to redirect nothing happens. I look in the event logs and there is no entries relating to it but there is for the desktop redirection which is working. If I do a gpresult /h I can see the desktop redirection working but once again nothing is listed for the documents folder. The folder permissions are the same as the desktop redirection folder so they should be correct. I have enabled loopback on the GPO.
Any help would be great, let me know if any more information is needed.
I have attached a image of the GPO

The Terminal Servers sit in a Test OU in the root of the forest in AD. I have blocked inheritance on the OU and there are no enforced policies above that so there is only the on GPO applied.
The test user is also in the same OU as the Termianl Servers.
