Enable Only Searching

Hi.
my users work on Citrix's Desktops.
I need to allow them searching in there "Public\Home Folders".
I turn on the "Removes the Search item from the Start menu" but now thay can search in my AD, Internet, Outlook...

There is any option to allow them only use F3 key to search or turn off all other searching option?
