We are using a Loopback Group Policy to manage the majority of the users on the terminal server. They are locked down pretty tightly. We are having a hard time trying to figure out how to hide the Administrative Tools that appears after you click on the Start Button.

Has anyone else dealt with this?

Remove it from the All users profile start-menu?

Also logon as administrator and check start-menu settings where you decide where to place the Administrative tools menu...
