I've just promoted a server to be DC and demoted the old DC. I used DCPROMO. The new DC seems to be working well. I'm also running about 30 thin client computers on my network serviced by a separate terminal server. The problem is that the clients on the terminal server aren't getting the new group policy settings. An example is the folder redirect for the desktop or the start menu. I've checked and rechecked to make sure that the policy is pointing to the new share on the new server, but when I run rsop for a user on the terminal server I consistently get the old DC name in the unc path. Any suggestions? I'm getting desperate.
