Hello All,

First time poster here. I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to restrict RDP users from printing more that 10 page documents to their local printer while logged into an RDP session. I am trying to conserve bandwidth as these users are coming in over a WAN connection. It probably can be done but here is the tricky part. I still need them to be able to print as many pages as they need to a PDF. Our SOP is that is they have large documents they should print to a PDF, push the file over to another server on a different WAN connection and pull it down from there. Small docs are allowed. Of course there are the "It won't matter if I print locally” people. I need a way to restrict them so they don't choke my bandwidth.

Thanks in advance for any and all replies!
