I'm trying to narrow it down to the package or the computer that's a problem...
Here is the output of the userEnvLog. Can someone tell me whats happening? It looks like its looking for the UI to install the software package but it cant find it? Any ideas or suggestions? below the Userenv log, is a copy of the RsOp that shows software install should work.

I fixed the issue. There were multiple instances of the same software install package, on different GPO's and they were all set with different settings. I was given the assignment to fix it... how fun that was lol..... The other issue was that it did not have the "install on logon" box checked.
All is good now.. thanks for the reply...
