Our company recently merged and we use AD and Group policy for everything. Is there a way to migrate all the GPO settings to the new domain. I have done a small copy paste test and I get warnings about .aas file: See below

[Warning] The application deployment script (.aas file) for [\\xxx.xxxx.com\dfsroot\MSI Packages\xx\Accessories\Adobe Reader 9.0\AcroRead.msi] cannot be regenerated but the task will continue.
Details: This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package.

Will this will complete break all my deployments and they will all need to be redeployed?
