Trying to assign an MSI file

Hey all,

I have a program from Cisco called Viewmail that is used for Unified Messaging. The only way you can get it from Cisco is in the form of an MSI file, not an EXE. Well, if I install the program from the MSI file it works just the way it should. If I assign it by GP it installed but there are registry entries that it doesn't create and it should. Now, Cisco will not help me with this and I do not really know how to do it anymore. Can anyone out there give me some ideas?
