Default Remote shutdown by gpo ?

We had a question by management to be able to shutdown certain computers remotely on a certain time.
Luckely they decided to take our advice and use vpro... not...

So what im looking for is for a tool that listens to Gpo settings for a certain shutdown time.
Does any one know if such a application exists or has to be made.

    Default Use GPPrefs

Why not use GPPrefs and set a one-time shutdown command using scheduled tasks?

Without the chance of any user to cancel, we have computer at the ER and OR they cant just shutdown but a reboot every day wouldnt be wrong if they can cancel it.
