scripting login script gpo copy and modification

I need to copy one gpo and spawn x others with same settings, renaming them from a pre-created list of numbers. I also need to set specific script parameters for each one. Please see attached pic for the desired result. Example:
copy gpo1 rename gpo2, preserve permissions, and set parameters x y. Can anyone help with powershelling this?
