I am a Windows admin for 300+ servers. We are not permitted to use domain level group policy to configure security settings. Currently we use inf files, but recently I have been building custom adm files.

I would like to have a central server that I can configure and use powershell to copy the policy from this machine to 300 others.

I know I can copy the group policy folder over, but I loose the user settings.

Is there any way to use powershell, or a gui version that interacts with gpedit.msc and powershell to allow simple changes and distributions of local policy?
