turned off using seperator pages on printers as default but I want users to be able to use this if they wish.

On all the printers the users have print permission which grays out the option under properties - advanced to have a seperator page. I don't want to give them manage printer permissions. Its on a 2003 server machine. Is there a GPO that I can apply in AD?
