    Hi,

Is there a way to display the IP Address of the PC on the desktop using group policy, scripts or custom adm templates?

I am looking to integrate BGinfo from Sysinternals into a Windows environment.

    Thanks,
    Rajith.

BGInfo would be a useful program to show relevant information.

All you need is a simple script to copy the exe file to the machine (using eg xcopy /d in a batch file) and set it to run at startup - a computer startup script to do this would be needed so you can change the registry entry to run at startup rather than as user.
If BGInfo works properly when run as a user then just use a policy to define the programs to start when the user logs on (having copied the exe file previously)
