Is there a way to make a custom ADM template have a VALUEOFF equal a numeric value and a VALUEON delete the value entirely?

Specifically, I am deploying the fix for MS KB Article 838676, which says to delete the registry value. It just so happens that setting this value to zero also solves the issue, but I am wondering if deleting the value is possible for future reference.

I know that in REG files if you put a value of "-" in there it will delete the value, but this doesn't seem to work so far...
