I'm a bit suprised! (Unless im doing something wrong)

I just (After a bit of reading) Downloaded the ADM Files for office 2007 from micosoft's website.

Loaded all adm files, set excel to the default save location on the network... Go to do the same for Word 2007, nothing there... Just save format...

    Is this by design?

I'm guessing I need to find (or write) a custom adm file to have the GPO apply the default save location for word 2007..

    Any insight?

    Thanks !

So apparently I didn't look hard enough in the group policy..

    Under

    Administrative Templates
    Microsoft Office Word 2007
    Advanced
    File Locations

You will have a default save location (Totally different spot than Excel/Access, etc)

Hope this helps someone else... I just lost a $5 bet that someone else couldn't figure this out... (Nothing on the net which explains the location of that)

Also Auto configure outlook with default SMTP Address in active directory FOR THE WIN....

God is that going to save a ton of support calls.
