GP Result - access denied

Added the XP SP3 blocker ADM and it deployed fine. Created a new ADM to turn it off, deleted the Blocker, activated it. Used my user as the filter and I get GPO denied - not accessable. Permissions are ok in sysvol, edits are sent across just fine. No matter which user/group is filtered the result is the same. The policy itself is linked to the OU that contains all our PCs.

I am really puzzled as the blocker deployed and applied the registry entry just fine. Now it just won't reverse itself.

A policy applied to computers can only be filtered by computer accounts.

You are trying to say "apply this policy to all the computers in this OU unless the computer is the user John Doe" which will never be true.
