    Anyone,

I am currently testing FDCC settings from NIST. My issue in a nutshell is that I cannot find the setting to edit "it". here ya go...

*Background Info- I have downloaded the GPO's that NIST provided for FDCC settings. Case in point is the one for IE7. I have a need to change one of the settings that NIST has set because they (NIST) are thinking about revising it and I need to test it out. My issue is this.

    1. If I go into GPMC and look at the settings, I can drill into the location where this setting is set and "see" what they configured it to.
    2. But, when I try to "edit" the GPO to change this setting, I go to the same location where I verified the setting in step 1 above, and the setting is not here.
    3. It just so happens to be the COMP CONFIG>ADMIN TEMPLATES>WINDOWS COMP>INTERNET EXPLORER>INTERNET CONTROL PANEL>SECURITY PAGE>INTERNET ZONE.
***When I try to drill down to the setting to change it, I cannot see the INTERNET EXPLORER folder to expand? It is just not there.

    * I have tried downloading all the current .adm files and pointing GPMC to these.
    * I have tried changing the filtering views for the .adm's with no joy?

Can anyone shed some light on why I am not seeing this setting so I can change it. BTW, I have quite a few of these IE7 settings where this is the case and they are all because I cannot drill into this INTERNET EXPLORER folder

    Thanks in advance... :x

Disregard. After "re-adding" the inetres.adm file again I was good to go.
