ERROR in GPMC

I'm having problems with the two larger Group Policys we have. One is for employees and one is for the public. Neither will let me generate a report in GPMC. I get the following error when I try to generate the setting report in GPMC.

An error occurred while generating report:
An unknown error occurred while the HTML report was being created.

Any idea what could cause this? We have other GP's and they generate reports without a problem.

Can you do a backup, then a restore of the GPO?

Also.. what is the GPO doing?

Anything special... ? What CSEs is it using?
