Has anyone experienced this problem opening MS Acess DB and get the following error message. Its only through Citrix and NFUSE not opening it via local path in windows explorer.

"MS Access canot open this file
This file is located outside you intranet or on an untrusted site. MS will not open this file due to potential security risks."

Now i have not found much on the web but have tried everythnig they have said.
I added via GPO the FQDN into the Intanet Zone in Internet Options and all varieties of this even IP addresses.
I can open the MS Access file with full domain admin rights but no other users can, even those with full rights locally and some Citrix server admin priveleges.
Actually only one user can and he tested when i added a FQDN entry into the Intranet sites exceptions list via GPO the first time.
But the funny thing is that it is still there, has not been changed and still no other users can access MS Access DB files over Citrix or NFUSE
Can anyone shed any light on this or have an explanation. Or lead me in the right direction?
Would you know the correct entry to put into the Intranet Zones if trying to access a file on file server using DFS \\child.domain\share

    Any help much appreciated.

I've had a very similar issue with on old version of autoroute and server based help and map files. Try specifying the FQDN in Trusted Sites... this resolved the issue. I have some MS Q articles on the subject of FQDNs and issues with specifying them as Intranet Site, I'll try and dig them out and post the Q No's.
