Hi,

I am a total newbie on GPOs and also a new member of the forum.

I have a few questions regarding GPOs.

1. If I create a new GPO and name it "newGPO" and apply it to Users and Computer OU, and after a month or so decided that I want to name it something else. By renaming GPOs, will that affect anything?

2. Does editing GPO okay if the GPO has been applied for months?

3. How soon does the GPO take effect after editing and refreshing it?
