Importing WMI Filters and linking from a command line

Can anyone help me with a command line string that will allow me to import a WMI Query into GPMC and then link it to a Pol ?

...the best way (at least the most straightforward way)
is to have the GPO and WMI filter already created.

Then, just script the linking of the GPO to the site, domain or OU.
