group policy didn't apply to certain pc

I don't know where I need to post this, but I'll try this forum first. I have a server 2003 create a gpo with msi software and apply to a OU with around 10 PCs. All 8 PCs were getting the msi from the server but 2 PCs weren't. I have basically the same software with all PCs. Can someone get me to start?

Run a RSOP from the GPMC to make sure the machines are actually picking up the policy.
Have a look on the machines for Group policy processing errors.
