I am using Energy Star's EZ GPO to configure power management settings. There are a few computers that require the monitor, system standby, and hibernate options to be set to never timeout. Since the EZ GPO applies settings to users, I created a separate GPO to block these setting with loopback policy enabled. This works for all of the computers except for one Windows XP. When I looked at event viewer, I found a repeated warning Event ID 1202 (Source: SceCli). I'm not sure if this is related to the problem, but I need help troubleshooting this issue. The computer has been imaged a coupled times. I thought I resolved the problem by applied a Windows patch, but eventually the problem came back.
