so i had our the team in charge of our AD make a GPO change. Now every time the PC checks GPO's to make sure they are current (about every 2 hrs) it rebrands IE and resets all of the IE prefrences and addeds the default MS sights back in. before it would never do this, it would set the prefrences once and would not reset until the GPO actually changed. in the event log it shows:
Starting Internet Explorer Branding Extension Processing.
Information 5/19/2010 11:04:08 AM GroupPolicy 4016 None

Any idea of why this would start all of a sudden?
