Group policy

I have a Windows NT 4.0 and UpGraded to Win2K Server, Group Policy will not send out the changes although when I look in the event viewer it says group policy sucessfull. (IE) Removing the IE Icon from the Desktop and removing the Run Command will not propegate out to the machines I have a mix of Win2K machines and WinXP machines. What can I look for to make this work.

If you do not have gpresult, you can obtain it from the link above. After installing, run the following from command line.

gpresult /v >> c:\gp.txt

post the contents of the gp.txt file here in the forum post.
