Not sure if this is the right place but I'm trying to lock down some mobile users but unfortunatly if I move them to power users they loose this right. I have also tried putting them in the Network Configuration Operators but that does not give the rights to change the link speed and duplex.

Is there a GPO out there that will allow me to do what I want?
