    Default Add Registry Value

Sorry if there is a post related to this, I could not find it. I need to add a registry value to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Exchange\Client\Extensions using group policy. I installed software using GP but for some reason the install program did not create the required registry value in this location. I have a reg file that I exported from a successful manual install. I can not figure out how to apply this using group policy. Any help is appreciated.

    Default Solution, sort of

Don't know if it is the best way to do it but I ended up creating a custom GP ADM template. Took lots of tweaking as the various documents on the internet have conflicting syntaxes when dealing with a Windows 2003 domain. In the end it worked though.
