Add group policy automatically.

Hello.

Sorry, But my English is not perfect

I have task to setup Local Group Policy to OS Windows 2000 – Windows 7 atomically.
Try to view system registry to find answers. In OS Windows XP its easy. All information, what’s i need, I find in files:
gpt.ini at patch C:\Windows\System32\GroupPolicy
and scripts.ini at patch C:\Windows\System32\GroupPolicy\Machine\Scripts

In Windows Vista – Windows 7 it’s easy too. Registry plus gpt.ini at patch C:\Windows\System32\GroupPolicy discard my problem.

But in Windows 2000 become problems.
As I understand main information saves in file Registry.pol at patch C:\Windows\System32\GroupPolicy\Machine\

I cant understand, how to edit this file to make task to work.

Help me please understand format of file Registry.pol or give me right way to do my task work at different OS.
