System Center Mobile Device Manager Group Policy extensions

Hi,
Can somebody help me to the mobile.adm administrative template which should be present when you install the MDM administration tools on a server or pc. Apparantly this template offers a way to manage dial-up adapters by GPO's.
(look at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd261898.aspx)

We are looking already for ages how to do this with the help of GPO's. Unfortunately we are not using the Microsoft system center here @ work.

I found what I was looking for. There is a trial version of the software which contains the mobile.adm file, but it's unusable in our current context.
