USERENV 1000 errors

anyone get these errors on there DC?
we are getting them on anumber of DCs and we then see certain user settings not applying anymore.
We have anumber of open tickets with MS and we have done a lot of troubleshooting.
As fara s we can tell the machine is denied access to certain policies but now others.
Also this problem is intermittent, sometimes the policy is correctly refreshed other times it drops off.
