Computers are NOT updating the Security Zone and Content Ratings section of IE even after running GPUpdate /force. I can access and update the Default Domain Policy - Security Zone and Content Ratings section for our domain using the GPMC. I can run GPUpdate on a client machine and it updates Every section but the Security Zone and Content Ratings section of IE. Nothing changes.
I ran GPResult for the user/computer, on multiple machines, and it shows that the settings are there and applied but on the actual machines nothing shows.

What am I doing wrong?

GPMC is installed on 2008 server but the policy server is a 2003 server.
9 domain controllers.
400+ users and all fall under our Default Domain Policy.
Mixed IE 6 & 7.
Client PC's are Win XP SP2 or SP3.
