In an educational environment. 95% XP SP3

Users are not allowed to change network settings. Network is removed from Control Panel.

Wireless settings including pre-shared keys are distributed by initital images.

We want the user to be able to see the network icons in the notification area with purpose of them being able to
- see status
- invoke repair function

Unfortunately they are then able to change wireless network in two ways:
A) connect in the dialog "overview over wirless network available"
B) through properity button in status dialog, as 'wireless' is not locked by the ADML settings in the 'Network property dialog'.

One solutions is to lock the notification area, which we do not like to do.

My question is then is there GP settings for:
- locking 'prefered network' - "Networkd property dialog"
- disable the connect feature in "overview over wirless network available"
