    Hi,

we set the proxy settings with a gpo. Unfortunately they didn`t take effect so the users have to set the proxy server manually to browse to the internet.
The policy is set in the user area with the new inetres.adm for IE7.

    Can anyone help me?
    Thanks a lot

have you set the proxy settings in User Configuration / Windows Settings / Internet Explorer Maintenance / Connection - Proxy Settings ?
is that gpo being applied? (run a gpresult and you will find out).... if not... something is happening when appying gpo's in your network.

    hope it helps.
