    Hello,

We are testing steady state in a domain using the SCTSettings.adm template. We are using a preconfigured mandatory profile (.man) with no restrictions applied locally to the profile. All restrictions are applied via group policies when loading the domain user account. This works great. However, if we disconnect the network cable to simulate the network being down or the DC being unavailable, the profile will load but without the restrictions enforced. How can I get around this problem?
