Logon Settings

We currently have a group policy setting enabled for "Interactive Logon: Do No Display Last User Name" and it works like I expect it to for XP and 2003. On our new 2008R2 servers, they show icons for each user rather than the blank logon box I am used to seeing. Is there a different setting for this?
