Enable TLS 1.1/1.2 via GPO

Based upon Microsoft Security Advisory 2588513, I am looking to enable TLS 1.1 & 1.2 via GPO. I am able to find via GPP an option to enable TLS 1.0 but not 1.1 or 1.2. Policies are created on a Windows 2008R2 DC.

While not in GPP, you can enable support for TLS 1.1 and 1.2 in User Configuration/Policies/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Internet Explorer Control Panel/Advanced Page - 'Turn Off Encryption Support'.
