Default Disabling Outlook 2010 through policy?

Is there anyway to disable Outlook 2010 from being used on Win7 machines though policy. Don't want to have to hit 130 student machines to uninstall it.

Software restriction policy would be one way. Create a group, add students to it and set NTFS permissions on Outlook for that group to deny, Apply via script or GPP.

forgive me for being a NOOB but are you saying 1. create a security group in AD and set NTFS permissions for Outlook? Then how do I apply that with GPP? I appreciate the help.

Sorry, they're two separate suggestions! Software restriction polices (or Applocker) if you're on a 2k8 style domain would be the quickest and probably easiest way.
    NTFS permissions would be another.
