Hi guys-

We have about 700 users who all use outlook 2003 with Xp SP3
Our exchange server is w2003 SP2 exchange 2003
We use a product called profilemaker(now defunct) to configure mailboxes

It works well but I want to use GPO to carry out its functions

I have been looking around for a while and know there must be a simple way to do this with GPO but I am going around in circles-

What way do I do it? Is it with CIW or and ADM templates combined with login scripts. Or is there a much simpler way. If it is with CIW how do I integrate that with GPO

My requirements for the majority of users will be that when they click on outlook it configures as per their $username$

Some users have extra mailboxes and they are in unique OUs so this would need to be factored in aswell.

What's the least clunky way of doing this...

Note I have a w2008 server but not a W2008 DC if that helps as I heard from somewhere that when MS bought profilemaker they integated it into w2008 GPO settings
