Setting permissions on local folder via AD Group Policy

Hell Guys,

I'm looking for a way to change the permissions on a folders on end user PC's that are members of the domain.

Here's the setup...

I have 4 high school computer labs that are running a keyborading program called microtype. On WinXP machines, the install location is c:\program files\microtype4. With in this location is another folder "temp". This temp folder currently has List Contents, Read and Write permissions. I need to add Modify permissions to this folder only for the program to run properly for the students.

The Students all login with the same username. They are members of the Domain Users group and as such are members of the local Users group on each PC.

Is there a way to change the permissions on a local folder on a end user PC that is a member of a domain via Group Policy?

Just go to - Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\File System
(If you are on Vista or greater, Computer Configuration\Policies\Windows Settings...)
Right click and select 'Add File' and select the folder you want changed (you may have to make a new folder if the one you want does not already exist). It will then bring up a security dialog and you can set whatever permissions you want.
