I have tried to force the classic control panel like every search points out to do. I've also tried this registry key

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer]
"ForceClassicControlPanel"=dword:00000001


What I see though is LARGE ICONS still..its making the change to get out of the category view but will not go small.

Any thoughts?
