I have been asked to implement specific settings for stationary, themes, signature for my company for Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007

I have done some research and found ways to disable the options to use new stationary and to create my own ADM or ADMX files.

I have never done this before and I am looking for an idiots guide to doing this or better still templates from someone who has already done this.

It seems like this is something that other corporations must have done already and that I am re-inventing the wheel.

Can anyone provide me some guidance?
