Has anyone tried to disable rss feeds in outlook 2007 from group policy?

    Found this information

    Disable RSS integration
You can disable RSS integration in Outlook, if, for example, you are concerned about bandwidth usage and want to delay introducing RSS integration. By default, RSS integration is enabled.

When you disable RSS integration, the RSS Subscriptions root folder does not appear in the folder hierarchy in the Outlook navigation pane, and the RSS Subscriptions tab does not appear in the Outlook Account Manager dialog box.

Tried changing some of the settings in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 | Tools | Account Settings | RSS Feeds.

The RSS Subscriptions root folder continues to appear in the outlook folder hierarchy.

    Suggestions Welcome.
    Thanks
    Michelle

Don't know if you found this or not but the setting is in the adm template for Outlook 2007 located here:

User Configuration / Administrative Templates /Microsoft Office Outlook 2007/Tools | Account Settings/RSS Feeds/Turn off RSS feature
