I am wondering if anyone had any Idea how to solve this issue.
    1. I want to be-able to disable adding new content to PST Files. But I don't want to block OST Files.
I know there is s a option in Outlook 2003 Adm that lets you do this but it affects OST and PST (even though it only is says PST)
We are trying to Stop adding new content to PSTs for a while but still let them be availble as Read only.
Then eventually just disable them all together.
But I only want to do this to PST's I still want people to be able to run in Cached Mode.

There is a good tool-ost viewer, utility, that allows to recover *.ost files, when Microsoft Exchange Server gets out of order and your data may be lost, ost viewer allows to view a ost file and avoid extracting, for example, 50 Mb of your content, you can extract all files from .ost viewer mail, than just to copy and paste emails and contacts, that you need, tool for view ost file runs under all versions of Windows operating system, such as: Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows XP and Windows Vista, can convert *.ost files to *.pst files, that can be easily opened by any email client, compatible with Microsoft Outlook. There's another recovery option for view 2003 .ost file.
