We currently have a GP in place that directs IE to use a PAC file. After updating workstations to IE8 from IE6 we find tht this policy does not automacally reapply on about 1% of our XP SP3 workstations. If we manually run GPUPDATE /FORCE it fixes the issue at least for now (not sure if they start updating or not).

Has any one run into a situation like this?
